As a leading international professional providing services in Assurance, Advisory and Tax, we invite brilliant and extraordinary people to fill the position of:

Helpdesk Support (GTS – 0810)

All candidate should have:


– Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputable university.
– Willing to travel (possibly to remote areas)
– Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
– Fluency in English, both oral and written
– Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision
– Strong customer service-orientation attitude

Help Desk Support:
1.Computer Hardware and software literacy
2.Familiarity with networking connectivity, Microsoft Products (Client & Server OS, Office Suite)
3.Knowledge and familiarity in Lotus Domino & Notes, Windows Script would be considered and advantage
4.Certification as Microsoft Certified Professional would be an advantage.
