Service Quality Measurement Supervisor

Job Summary :
To measure quality & effectiveness of customer service activities in order to support organizational goals & objective
Job Responsibilities :

  • To develop well planned and systematic activities to ensure the quality requirements are fulfilled
  • To design formulate and conduct measurements of all key customer service areas including customer survey & benchmarking
  • To develop an effective measurement method and tools to support
  • To analyse data and give feedback and new ideas to all functions concerned to develop programs of to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Min S1 degree preferably from Statistic/Mathematic background with GPA min 3.00
  • Has previous working experience in service field is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and skill to design measurement tools
  • Key characteristics are : sound analytical thinking, people oriented, assertive, excellent communication skill, enthusiastic & energetic nature
  • Good command of English (spoken & written) is a must
Sales Manager – Data Service

Your main responsibility is to formulating strategy and developing sales for our data service, through corporate, retails as well as channels.

Job Responsibilities :

    • planning and executing sales strategy for the data service in the assigned territory or industry,
    • developing the sales forecast for each of the channels, and its regular reporting system,
    • working and coordinate internally with the related divisions in the executions or in order to improve the sales performance of the data service,
    • managing team through coaching, counseling, control & monitoring team performance
    • developing sales force and creating success planning

Requirements :

  • hold a minimum of a University Degree in related major,
  • have a minimum of 5 years of working experience, with previous background in data service sales/ ISP/Telecommunication company,
  • posses both strategic-thinking quality as well as hands-on nature, sound interpersonal and communication skill (including negotiation skill), high adaptable trait and out-of-the box thinking attitude
Sales Supervisor

For Locations:
(Medan, Pekanbaru, Batam, Padang, Palembang, Lampung, Makasar, Manado, Banjarmasin, & Balikpapan)
Job Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing sales program (below the line activities) to reach objective targets
  • Responsible for the product spreading to the level of retailers levels
  • Analyze the existing channels, and review for their development

Requirements :

  • Male / Female
  • Degree from reputable universities
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level with exposures in distribution management and area monitoring.
  • Preferably from telecommunication and consumer goods background.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Possess strong business sense, high integrity, good interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate.
  • Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker.
  • Familiar with pressure of high target environment
Promotion Supervisor

For Locations:
(Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Batam, Padang, Palembang, Lampung, Makasar, Manado, Banjarmasin, & Balikpapan)
Job Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing promotion program (below the line activities) to reach selling target and distribution target
  • Implementing trade and consumer promotions
  • Planning, implementing and selecting right and accurate branded material
  • Implementing and monitoring account plans of merchandising and promotion
  • Planning the frequency of promotion
  • Responsible for trade promotion
  • Responsible for consumer promotion
  • Executing the local promotion with a good technique and implement the theory of mechanic promotion

Requirements :

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Having 5 years experience in selling or promotion in telecommunication company or consumer product
  • Having experience in “below the line” activities like : channel promotion, merchandising, POP Material, consumer promotion dan event promotion
  • Having knowledge about industry, product, and market charatheristic
  • Having knowledge and high interest with cellular technology and information technology
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Proactive and energetic
  • Result oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Literate in computer

Area Sales Manager

(Location : Jakarta)
Reporting to the VP – Region, you will be taking care of all of the full sales aspect within your assigned area, from its planning, organizing, actuating until the controlling. It would mainly include ensuring the sales performance, and managing and guiding the sales force.

  • Ensure the subordinates, sales supervisors and team leaders, achieve the sales target set

Requirements :

  • Hold a University Degree in related majors,
  • Has previous proven track record in sales experience, in telco/FMCG/ related products, of a minimum of 4 years working experience in managerial level,
  • Posses key attributes such as strong result oriented attitude, sound leadership skill, good analytical skill, fine interpersonal and communication skill (including negotiation skill), innovative, and has team working spirit,
